Where does BCSC ship from?     All orders are shipped from Long Beach, California

When will my order ship?     Most orders will be shipped the following business day however if an order is placed early in the morning there is a chance we can ship it out the same day.  If your order requires same day shipping please call before placing your order.

How can I track my order?    Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the USPS or UPS tracking details.  If you don’t receive this email please check your spam folder or contact us for that information.

What payment methods do you accept?  We accept Visa. MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal as payment via the website.

Can I return bookcloth?    All bookcloth is cut to order and cannot be returned unless you were shipped the wrong color or there is damage to the product.

Do you have a store where I can pick up my order?     We do not currently have a retail location but we do offer curbside pickup.  Please include a message with your order that you’d like to pick it up and call or email us to coordinate a pick up time.  The shipping charges will be refunded after you pick up your order.

Is my information safe with BCSC?    We will never sell or trade your personal information to other companies or persons. Your credit card information is processed securely and is not visible to us so rest assured that it is safe and secure to shop at bookcraftsupply.com
